What is a Chakra?

The word Chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “Wheel”, as well as “Circle”. There are seven Chakras in the human body through which energy flows. They are part of the subtle body and not the physical body. If any of the seven Chakras are blocked, it could lead to illnesses. Therefore it is important to understand the different ways to keep this energy flowing freely through each of the Chakras.

There are seven major Chakras positioned through the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each Chakra has a vibrational frequency, which is represented by a specific colour.

What is Chakra Cleansing and how does it help?

Each Chakra is responsible for a set of vital organs in the human body and through the course of life; these chakras accumulate good as well as bad energies. These energies need to be kept in balance.

The practice of Chakra Cleansing once in three months, can create overall balance and equilibrium in body, mind and the energy associated with each of the seven Chakras.
