This Program is specifically designed for greater productivity and focus on objectives through techniques that help to reduce anxiety, fatigue, muscle tension, etc.

It is a great way to improve energy, vitality, mental clarity, efficiency, team building and overall health.

Course Duration:

7 days. 1 hour 15 mins of practice each day.

Requirement:

Large carpet or Yoga mats

Pre-requisites:

Participants must report at least 10 mins prior to the start time.   •
Practice must begin on an empty stomach.  •

•     No Alcohol/Cigarette/Substance consumption during the 7 day program.
•     Coffee/Tea can only to be consumed once a day during the program.
•     All participants must bring a pen and note pad.
