What is Yoga?

Pranayama is the Ancient Indian Breathing Techniques used to enhance our lung capacity and increase our awareness and hence expanding our consciousness.

Humandala is a mandala created with humans. Connecting with each other, combining our energies and making a universe of our own. Creating variations and manifesting into different shapes and sizes and combinations based on sacred geometry. We breathe together in synchronized fashion as One Being and gradually drift into meditation.
