At Mooladhara Yoga, we believe dedication and persistent practice to be a key element to this spiritual journey of self-discovery.

With an objective to bring in stability and establish a constant connection to your practice, we have regular yoga courses, where students can choose a minimum of three classes per week and be connected with their practice and self-development consistently.

They consist of daily practice of:

Āsanas (Yoga postures)   •
Prāṇāyāma (Meditation)   •

•    Nāda Yoga (Yoga of sound)
•    Jñāna Yoga (Yoga of research and enquiry)
•    Dhyāna Yoga (Yoga of meditation)
