Head of Operations. Sounds like a great professional title. But not for Varoon, the founder of Mooladhara Yoga. Varoon, who relinquished the corporate world and various other lucrative opportunities, did so because he knew there was much more to life. In his quest to quell his inner voice, he turned to meditation, subliminal messaging, affirmations and Yoga techniques. A few years into this new journey, he found himself deep within the spiritual path. He was finally in a place where he could start sharing the knowledge of the world by way of teaching.

Varoon is a Hatha Yoga master hailing from Bangalore, who at the young age of 15, was introduced to the healing energies of Reiki and Meditation. The purpose of life became central to his path of existence.
