About Us

Have you ever felt the power of a higher consciousness?

It actually resides within. You are born with it. It is an energy that can be unlocked at will, and it can help you discover forms of happiness and explore possibilities that you thought were beyond you.

This consciousness exists within each one of us and also the planet as a whole. The union between us collectively, and the planet, will help each of us elevate our individual consciousness to a higher level.

We follow 3 simple yogic principles that will make the spiritual journey meaningful for all:

The practice of truthfulness towards oneself and others      •
Avoidance of verbal/physical violence towards oneself and others      •
The practice of cleanliness in one’s body, mind and surroundings      •

The Mooladhara journey includes:
  • Japa Yoga (Chanting)
  • Nāda Yoga (Sound Vibrations)
  • Āsanas (Postures)
  • Prāṇāyāma (Breathing Technique)
  • Dhyāna (Meditation)

Varoon, the founder of I – Consciousness Foundation, Mooladhara Yoga & also Co – Founder of Shenzhen Tao Yoga Consulting Limited, who at the peak of his career relinquished the corporate world and various other lucrative opportunities, did so because he knew there was much more to life. In his quest to quell his inner voice, he turned to meditation, brain waves, subliminal messaging, affirmations and Mooladhara Yoga techniques. A few years into this new journey, he found himself deep within the spiritual path. He was finally in a place where he could start sharing the knowledge of the world by way of teaching.

He was certified in Ashtanga Yoga, but chose to follow Traditional Hatha Yoga approach in his teachings, combining postures, breathing techniques and meditation.

Based on his understanding of the mind and energies, crystals and sound frequencies, He created courses like “Chakra Cleansing”, “Mantra chanting” and “Corporate Yoga for Organization Performance & Employee Health Benefits”. He also practices Tai-Qi & Qi – Gong – Traditional Chinese Spiritual Techniques.

I-Consciousness Foundation® is a Non-Profit Trust solely focusing on uplifting humanity by dissolving the differences in the society through different philanthropic, Yoga, Cultural, Music, Dance, Drama, Art and Spiritual Activities.
Mooladhara Yoga started in 2016 as a unit of I-Consciousness Foundation® (India), to spread awareness of the true essence of Yoga.
Mooladhara Yoga is about the foundation of all life and life forms.
The approach is quite simple as we are born as the higher conscious beings on this planet, we have certain responsibilities to fulfill and pass on to the next generations to work on it and so on. We are working in union with the planet to enhance the consciousness of it and move up a level higher than where we started.
Our aim is to help each individual at the root level and lay the foundation for an amazing spiritual journey that lies right in front. This is done by establishing the root chakra (Mooladhara) as the foundation for the other chakras. Mooladhara is the most instinctual of all chakras. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and with the Earth.
We at Mooladhara Yoga are teaching our fellow humans to build this foundation for themselves and then help others to elevate their own consciousness by practicing different types of Yoga (Asthanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Kriya, Kundalini, Iyengar, Yoga Therapy, etc,). Yoga is not just the Postures, Stretching, and Flexibility & Strength in the body, it goes beyond the body.
We help build the culture gaps through learning of different traditional practices of the world: Yoga, Ayurveda, Classical & Traditional Music and Dance, Tai-Chi, Chi-Gong Philanthropy, and Skill Development etc,
